What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and delivering a forward-thinking commercial strategy, aligned with Board vision and client-first values
- Leading and inspiring the Adviser community, embedding a performance-driven, client-centric culture
- Driving business development and client acquisition, while strengthening existing relationships
- Overseeing commercial M&A activity – from deal origination to successful integration
- Identifying strategic partnerships and market opportunities to elevate brand and reach
- Providing executive oversight to subsidiary businesses, ensuring strategic alignment and profitability
- Championing innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Tracking success through data, KPIs, and clear commercial outcomes
What you’ll bring:
- Proven senior leadership in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
- A track record of delivering commercial growth through teams, strategy, and innovation
- Deep understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience in M&A within the IFA space
- Exposure to Private Equity-backed environments
- A visionary mindset – entrepreneurial, data-driven, and relentlessly client-focused
- Ability to inspire, influence, and energise teams around a clear strategic mission
