Basic: £41,500

They enjoy a local approach to face-to-face financial services, enabling deep and sustained client relationships. This is a Financial Planning company that truly has the clients at the centre of everything that they do.

Their Financial Advisers are provided with full admin and financial planning support, and they do really well with leads. You will get between 30 and 40 leads per month, with about 50% of these converting into clients. Currently this company has more leads coming in than the Financial Advisers can cope with, which is a nice problem to have!

Your role:

To be considered for this fabulous Financial Planner role, you will need to be:

  • Diploma, or equivalent Level 4 qualified, working towards Chartered Status a bonus, but not essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing exceptional regulated financial advice
  • A commercial thinker with strong new business acumen
  • Ability to deliver a brilliantly holistic client financial planning experience, working comfortably under manageable pressure
  • Self-motivated, efficient, thorough and forward thinking, but enjoys being part of a friendly team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and grow
