Location: Preston

Basic: £50,000 basic, great defined bonuses, benefits and car. First year earnings will be £73,000, this can then increase year on year by your personal performance

Enjoy providing holistic advice, or did you? Fed up of being micromanaged, or not valued? 

You may be an Adviser now, or a Sales Manager wanting to get back to advice, or someone finishing contracting and wanting to return to advice… although you need Diploma, you don’t need to have CAS…

We are looking for highly self-motivated people, who really care about their clients. Great relationship builders, who are consultative and enjoy providing holistic advice…

You will need to be 

  • Someone who is passionate about putting clients’ needs front and centre of what you do
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Interested in developing meaningful and long lasting client relationships
  • Thrives in developing tailored and lasting relationships with your clients and their wider families
  • Prides yourself in delivering solutions that your clients can be confident in
  • Experienced in providing financial advice and products clients
  • Diploma qualified – however you do not need to hold CAS

 They will provide you with 

  • Great technical support for complex cases, allowing you to have the autonomy and flexibility to manage your own time
  • Comprehensive knowledge and training from the outset
  • Support from booking appointment bookings and client acquisitions
  • Full office support to work from home
