Are you client focused and would love to take over a really great client bank? You will get full admin and paraplanning support and will never have to write a report in this role! You will spend your time, doing what you love, being in front of clients and developing relationships

You will be joining a growing team and will identify and provide financial planning advice to clients and maintain profitable long terms relationships with those clients in order to achieve their goals and aspirations

Your Role

  • Proactively providing on-going advice to clients (both from your client bank and self-sourced)
  • On an on-going basis identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients to ensure that the client’s portfolio fits with their requirements and optimises their investment and to recognise any client referrals
  • Working in a team with the paraplanners and professional support staff, you will ensure client instructions are executed in a timely manner
  • Proactively engage with professional introducers and supporting them
  • Liaising with other professionals who support clients in the management of their affairs
  • Responsible for remaining competent and up to-date on legislation as an adviser through qualifications, attendance at conferences and training
  • Maintaining all aspects of CPD/IDD requirement

Does this sounds like you?

  • Demonstrable success in delivering quality client service
  • Experience in working within a financial planning environment, preferably fee based
  • At least 3 years financial planning experience
  • Diploma qualified
  • Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislative, industry, products and corporate standards
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Exceptional problem solving skills, taking a client focused approach
