You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that’s redefining how advice is delivered – combining workplace-based financial education, one-to-one planning, and lifelong support.

The Opportunity:

As a Financial Planner, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients towards their financial goals with clarity and confidence. You will be supported by a dedicated Paraplanners and Administrators, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from first meeting to implementation.

You’ll also have the chance to represent the business at financial education events and workshops, sharing your knowledge and building trusted relationships that naturally lead to advice opportunities.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on connection, and takes pride in seeing clients’ futures strengthened through your work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing holistic financial advice and tailored planning solutions
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ current and future financial positions
  • Using cashflow modelling and research tools to create robust, personalised strategies
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and professional connections
  • Helping deliver workplace guidance sessions and webinars for corporate clients
  • Staying current with changing legislation and regulatory standards
  • Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the financial planning team

What we’re looking for:

You’ll already be a qualified Chartered Financial Planner with a solid foundation of technical knowledge and a strong client focus. You will bring a natural ability to connect, listen and advise with integrity.

Experience with systems such as Intelligent Office would be beneficial, though not essential.
