Whole of market IFA company

Location: Manchester

Basic: to £85,000 basic, great defined bonuses, benefits. Earnings will also increase year on year, due to performance

Due to promotion, an additional Senior Manager is needed to join an established and very successful team, leading and managing a team Wealth Planners and IFAs in the Chester/Liverpool location

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working in a managerial position within the financial services sector, ideally IFA

  • CAS – Dip PFS and Diploma Level 4 and JO7 or equivalent
  • Have excellent knowledge and experience of the advisory process within the financial services sector
  • Have a strong background in PI or Affinity Development

You will be instrumental in:

Developing objectives, business plans and targets for individuals within the team

  • Developing, coaching and mentoring advisors to ensure targets are met
  • Taking overall responsibility for the achieving revenue targets
  • Working closely with Operations Managers and Paraplanner Managers to ensure office targets are met
  • Implementing effective training and development programmes
  • Responsibility for the high risk business “sign off” process in accordance with company requirements
  • Demonstrating behaviours that are consistent with the FCA’s Statement of Principle and Code of Practice for Approved Persons
