We’re looking for Growth Marketing Managers to join a purpose-led company who enable clients build brighter financial futures.

It’s an exciting time to join as you’ll be one of four brand new Growth Marketing Managers – each dedicated to a specialist division (Education, Medical, Intermediaries, or General Insurance).

You will be working in either Education marketing, Medical marketing, Intermediaries marketing or General Insurance marketing.

This is your chance to bring strategy, creativity, and commercial acumen together — and lead intelligent, data-driven marketing that really delivers!

Your role: 

  • You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the growth marketing plan for your specialist division – with a clear focus on lead generation, market penetration, and revenue growth.
  • This is a hands-on, insight-led role. You’ll use data to spot opportunities, refine strategy, and drive performance across digital and traditional channels – including paid search, SEO, social, email, and partnerships.
  • You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and commercial colleagues to create marketing that not only engages, but converts.
  • You’ll be leading strategy and execution for growth marketing in your division
  • Owning the full marketing plan – from campaign development to delivery
  • Optimising digital performance (PPC, SEO, paid social, CRM journeys)
  • Using A/B testing and analytics to improve results and scalability
  • Collaborating across sales, product, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Constantly analysing data to identify growth levers and drive ROI

For this role you will:

  • Proven experience in digital, growth or performance marketing
  • A track record of building and scaling customer acquisition strategies
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, paid media, and CRM journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with strong skills in Google Analytics and marketing platforms
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests and conversion optimisation
  • Confident working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a love of testing and learning
  • Experience in financial services, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce or high-growth businesses is welcomed – as is digital agency experience
