As Head of Corporate, you will take strategic ownership of this proposition. You will shape its future direction, lead its commercial success, and build the relationships that drive sustainable growth, all while developing a motivated, high-performing team.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role with real influence.

You will be responsible for the strategy, growth and performance of the corporate financial wellbeing proposition. From evolving the offer and strengthening market positioning, to driving business development and leading client acquisition, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s next phase of growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across financial planning, technology, marketing and operations, will ensure alignment, collaboration and shared ownership of success.

At its heart, this is a role for someone who combines commercial rigour with purpose-led leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Ownership

  • Leading the evolution of the corporate financial wellbeing proposition, ensuring it remains market-leading, relevant and clearly differentiated
  • Monitoring market and competitor trends to inform innovation and future direction

Business Growth & Commercial Leadership

  • Driving the development of a strong and sustainable corporate client pipeline
  • Leading the conversion of prospects into long-term partnerships
  • Setting and delivering against ambitious revenue, cost and profitability targets
  • Maintaining oversight of commercial performance and reporting progress to senior leadership, with P&L responsibility

Leadership & Team Development

  • Leading, coaching and inspiring senior team members and wider corporate teams
  • Building a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client outcomes and commercial success
  • Acting as a role model for the organisation’s values and behaviours

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure joined-up strategy and delivery
  • Acting as a senior ambassador in the market, strengthening brand presence and credibility

This role is designed for a senior leader with a strong presence in the corporate financial wellbeing or employee benefits space – someone who enjoys shaping strategy, building teams and winning business.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in workplace financial wellbeing, employee benefits or adjacent markets
  • A strong network of senior corporate relationships
  • A track record of business development and client conversion
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
  • Gravitas, warmth and credibility at senior stakeholder level
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for purpose-led leadership
