The role

At the heart of this position is service – to clients, advisers, and the wider business. You’ll be a central point of contact, ensuring that client relationships are supported with care, accuracy and consistency, and that the advice process runs smoothly from onboarding through to ongoing service.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting advisers with end-to-end client servicing
  • Managing client onboarding and ongoing service activity with efficiency and precision

  • Handling client queries with confidence, care and professionalism
  • Managing workflow and service requests to ensure timely progression
  • Maintaining high standards of record keeping and documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the business
  • Contributing proactively to service improvements and operational efficiencies

This role goes beyond task delivery, it’s about ownership, awareness, and contribution. You will be trusted to spot issues early, solve problems intelligently, and help keep the whole operation running smoothly.

About you

This role will suit someone who already understands the rhythm of an IFA practice and feels confident operating within it.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in an IFA or financial advice support / client service / administrator role
  • Strong understanding of financial services processes and client servicing
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems and financial services platforms
  • A naturally proactive mindset – looking for solutions

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A calm, professional, client-first approach
  • Genuine self-motivation and pride in doing things properly

This is a role for someone who values being relied upon – someone who enjoys being the steady, capable presence that advisers and clients trust.

Why this role stands out

This is a chance to join a business where:

  • Service quality genuinely matters
  • People are trusted, not micromanaged
  • Your contribution is visible and valued
  • Culture is based on respect, professionalism and integrity
  • Clients are treated as people, not processes
  • Support roles are seen as critical, not secondary

You will be an important part of a committed team, where your experience, judgement and mindset truly matter.
