Manager

As Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of Wealth Planners within your region. If you are someone who loves coaching and mentoring Wealth Planners, then this is the role for you. You will be joining a very successful and growing national Wealth Planning firm with a wonderful and very engaged team of IFAs

Your role will encompass:

• Ensuring team members achieve relevant expected results
• Enjoying first line supervision and management of wealth planners in your region
• Coaching and mentoring to bring out the best in your team
• Providing advice and guidance in line with best practice guidelines
• Ensuring highest standards of client care.
• Developing strategic relationships with third parties
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Responsible for the Annual Reviews process and competition for your team
• Wider leadership support across the business at senior manager request
• Sharing knowledge and insight with colleagues
• Providing support, guidance and coaching to junior/trainee wealth planners to support them in their professional development alongside managing very seasoned IFAs

You will need to have:

• Excellent knowledge of Wealth Planning process, products and procedures
• First line experience of managing an advisory team
• Experience of leading and developing a successful team to expected results
• Experience in developing 3^rd party relationships to promote business success
• Level 4 qualification
