Although well established and very well known, this company has a startup mentality and is looking for growth and development. Their social scene is great, as well as access to the gym, there are breakfasts, drinks after work, a book club and outdoor activities. For example, half the company are off on a ski trip in 2026, part subsidised by the company. This really is a great place to work!

What you’ll be doing

Your business will be from existing mortgage customers of this wealth management business, as well as built by your referral, referred clients from the company’s Financial Planner Team and from their corporate clients

As you will have abundant support from your mortgage administrators who will complete your mortgage applications for you, you will have the time to see more clients. Expect around 5 client video meetings a day, for which you’ll do the research and prepare suitability reports. You will answer client queries and make any necessary referrals to the financial planners.

Most mortgage advisers work two to three days from home and two days in the London office, blending flexibility with team connection.

  • Delivering high-quality, compliant, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s unique needs. Your guidance will empower clients to make informed decisions with confidence
  • Leading virtual meetings to understand clients’ individual goals and circumstances. Recommending personalised mortgage solutions while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience, nurturing trust and long-lasting relationships
  • Working closely with the Mortgage Support Team to ensure a seamless process for client applications, providing clarity, support, and efficiency every step of the way
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers, keeping communication clear and consistent. Identifying new opportunities to grow referral networks and contributing to the wider business strategy
  • Playing an active role in shaping the direction and success of the mortgage and protection offering, supporting the business as it continues to expand and evolve

You’ll need

  • A recognised UK mortgage advice qualification (such as CeMAP or the Certificate in Mortgage Advice
  • Strong experience within mortgage advice, backed by a proven ability to deliver consistently positive customer outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A good understanding of mortgage products, regulatory expectations, and evolving industry trends – with the curiosity to keep learning as the market shifts
  • Confidence in talking on video, engaging audiences online, and building relationships that support genuine business development
  • Sharp analytical thinking paired with clear, grounded decision-making – the kind that brings reassurance to both colleagues and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to put people at ease and explain complex information simply
  • A results-focused mindset, always aiming for high standards, exceptional client service, and operational excellence
