Would you like an existing client base to take over from a retiring Adviser?

This client is looking for a Mortgage Adviser to investigate, ascertain and research clients’ mortgage and protection needs, and to subsequently present suitable recommendations based on the specific client needs, eligibility and affordability

This is a mainly desk based role working from the office with the use of video conferencing tools and e-mail and telephone as appropriate

Does this describe you?

• Minimum CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• R05 or equivalent Protection Qualification
• Customer focused, with analytical thinking and highly developed client centric interpersonal skills
• Professional, well presented and articulate, with a positive attitude and an ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and efficient with excellent IT skills and confident with digital methods of client communication
• Confident with and enjoys networking with a view to attracting new clients

Your role

• To pro-actively acquire new clients via referrals, networking, professional introducers and lead generation software
• To guide clients through the buying process, whilst liaising with estate agents and solicitors to ensure everything is carried out in a compliant and timely manner
• To develop and maintain good client and introducer relationships and to represent the company brand, strategy and core values in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• To build and nurture client relationships by delivering excellent outcomes, in order to secure enduring long-term associations
