Are you a seasoned Paraplanner with experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients? Are you ready to step into a role where excellence, professionalism, and client focus are at the heart of everything you do?

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team of Paraplanners, Administrators and Financial Planners. You will be working with clients, who represent the best within the business, with a reputation built on decades of independent financial advice and a long-standing connection to the Thames Valley, City of London, and beyond. Your role:

  • Carrying out thorough research and calculations, consulting senior team members when needed
  • Researching and reviewing relevant legislation, technical updates, and product information to support decision-making
  • Conducting and delivering in-depth financial research on products and investments
  • Analysing existing investment portfolios, comparing them against suitable benchmarks, and preparing bespoke investment reports for clients
  • Preparing and interpreting complex plan information in order to complete transfer analysis
  • Creating comprehensive financial planning reports across multiple financial areas
  • Participating in firm-wide research projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines

  • Diploma qualified
  • Strong report writing expertise, showing a high standard of written and numerical skill
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive & team-oriented – someone who enjoys collaboration and contributing to a thriving team
  • Professional, proactive, and a positive attitude with an ability to multi-task
  • Self-organised and able to prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Experience in the Financial Advice/Wealth Management industry, with a knowledge and passion of providing excellent support and research
