Are you a Paraplanner who loves solving problems, shaping advice, and bringing clarity to complex client needs? Then this is a role where your expertise will be genuinely valued. This highly respected award-winning financial planning and discretionary investment management house has a wealth of holistic Financial Planners, IFAs and Paraplanners across the country.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected and award-winning financial services firm that combines high standards with a positive, people-first culture.

As a Paraplanner joining this company you will play a vital role in helping clients understand their financial options, supporting advisers, and shaping the advice journey.

The role:

You’ll be delivering high-quality technical support across the full advice process – from analysis and research through to suitability reports and cashflow modelling.

As the Paraplanner, you’ll be involved in shaping advice recommendations, supporting advisers with technical queries, and playing a key part in maintaining the high standards this company is known for.

There’s also scope to contribute to process improvements and mentor newer members of the team, with ongoing support.

You’ll be:

  • Producing clear, high-quality suitability reports
  • Analysing client circumstances and existing arrangements
  • Constructing and documenting financial planning recommendations
  • Running cashflow models
  • Handling tax calculations and technical queries
  • Supporting advisers with research and planning timelines
  • Attending client meetings where required
  • Contributing to internal training and system improvements

What you’ll bring:

  • Paraplanning experience
  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (working toward Chartered is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning products and legislation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and high standards
  • Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with tools like Curo, FE Analytics or Voyant is desirable

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a technical paraplanning role and being a key member of a thriving advice business, without needing to move into client-facing work.

If you’re a skilled Paraplanner who wants to feel trusted, supported, and part of something that’s growing with purpose – we’d love to hear from you.
