They are looking for a Paraplanner to join their Paraplanning team, supporting Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional financial advice to wealth management clients.

Your role as a Paraplanner encompasses full financial advice paraplanning:

  • Carrying out thorough research and calculations, consulting other team members when needed
  • Researching and reviewing relevant legislation, technical updates, and product information to support decision-making
  • Conducting and delivering in-depth financial research on products and investments
  • Analysing existing investment portfolios, comparing them against suitable benchmarks, and preparing bespoke investment reports for clients
  • Preparing and interpreting complex plan information in order to complete transfer analysis
  • Creating comprehensive financial planning reports across multiple financial areas
  • Participating in firm-wide research projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines

  • Strong report writing expertise, showing a high standard of written and numerical skill
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional, proactive, and a positive attitude with an ability to multi-task
  • Self-organised and able to prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Experience in the Financial Advice / Wealth Management industry, with a knowledge and passion of providing excellent support and research
