This is a home-based role, with regular time spent in the field with IFAs and Financial Planners and attending company offices. This a great role to truly make a difference!  

Does this describe you?

  • Excelling in the recruitment, development, and revenue generation of Financial Advisers
  • Guiding and inspiring a team to drive new business income growth through mentorship and motivation
  • Setting and achieving objectives for growth and profitability
  • Collaborating with fellow managers to ensure seamless operations while striving to enhance efficiency
  • At least 5 years’ experience and able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge, and understanding of all financial products, plans and providers, with broad knowledge and proven experience of IFA sales and systems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills, and an exceptional attention to detail

In this role, you will be:

  • Reporting to, and assisting one of the Managing Directors with areas such as development, income generation and recruitment
  • Managing and leading your team, motivating and mentoring them so they can achieve their best results possible in increasing new business income and moving the company forward
  • Monitoring and achieving growth and profitability targets
  • Ensuring operations run smoothly, and the team works cohesively, thus maximising efficiency
