This company is an award-winning national Financial Advice company, who are fully independent and excel in providing exceptional holistic advice. They have been nurturing and supporting both Private and Corporate clients for over 50 years, actively working with numerous business partners, who trust their IFAs, with the very best paraplanner support, to advise their customers, members and staff. They are regularly asked by the media to comment on personal and business financial planning.

In your new role you will be:

  • Managing between 15-20 IFAs
  • Training, leading, coaching and developing the performance of your team
  • Effectively implementing Training and Development Plans for all direct reports throughout the year, and via an annual assessment
  • Increasing own and others’ technical knowledge and awareness of market and legislative conditions, thereby enabling the highest standards of advice to be given
  • Identifying IFAs’ appropriate training and personal development needs through the annual completion and review of Personal Development Analysis
  • Proactively supervising your Financial Advisers, ensuring effective delivery and application of the company’s Training and Competence Scheme
  • Monitoring Advisers’ CPD completion, ensuring the required standards are met
  • Achieving the annual business revenue requirements within the areas of responsibility as agreed annually

To be considered for this fabulous role, you will need:

  • Level 4 diploma – essential
  • Significant experience of managing within a regulated financial environment
  • Proven success as a business leader with commercial and organisational awareness skills
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of advisory process within financial services
  • Strong leadership, coaching and management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to deliver through others
