This national, ethically minded, whole of market IFA company is looking for a Senior Adviser Support to be part of their dynamic Chorley office.  They are a forward thinking company, who truly value their staff and are dedicated to making their clients’ dreams a reality

In your new role you will be: 

  • The main point of contact for team members in their day to day responsibilities
  • Monitoring and supporting the team in their work, deadlines and daily processes
  • Managing and developing existing and new employees, via on-going development and training
  • Updating management on the team’s development, requirements or issues and nurturing and improving relationships with advisers
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, liaising with clients verbally or in written format, providing updates and responses to any non-finance related queries
  • Completing onboarding administration, updating advisers and client records within required timescales
  • Preparing cases for paraplanning, liaising with colleagues to resolve any queries, and ensuring all required information is available on file
  • Maintaining business records through to completion, communicating with clients, advisers, providers and other external companies, and maintaining accurate notes for audit purposes

To be considered for this fabulous role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working for an IFA or Wealth Management company, supporting advisers, especially within pensions, investments, protection
  • Proven financial administration and platform experience within financial services
  • Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, a team player but confident in working independently, and organising your workload
  • Pro-active in identifying issues for escalation and able to prioritise effectively
  • Solid computer skills and a good ability and willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A clear and concise communicator both orally and in writing
